User Membership & Lead CaptureAny good agent should have some form of customer relationship management software. This can be as simple as a high quality email client or as complex and powerful as Saleforce. Tilde integrates several key elements as part of the website experience for agent websites that help to capture user information as leads for possible sales. On every property detail page, there is a short form, pre-filled with basic property information, that a user can fill out to quickly to request more information about any property in the MLS data feed. Additionally, each property detail page has a form where the potential buyer can actually submit an offer on any property in the MLS. The offer is submitted directly to the site owning agent, regardless of who is listing the property. As users search the MLS data, they are asked to register with the agent website in order to continue searching. This allows the agent to capture key contact information as well as review the member's favorite property listings.
MLS Data IntegrationOne of the most powerful features any agent could have on their own site is an up-to-date MLS data search component. Visitors to an agent site want to get quality listings quickly. In addition to having quick access, the listing data must be up-to-minute accurate. In today's market, listings will go online and have interest - and even offers - quickly, and often before most property search systems even display the listing. Tilde's proprietary MLS search system sources the listing information directly from the MLS IDX and not from an interchange like Zillow or Realtor.com. Those systems do not get updated information more frequently than every few hours. Tilde updates property listing data every 20 minutes, agents using Tilde have the freshest information, displayed in a clean, modern design that encourages visitor engagement.
Each agent site comes with a "My Listings" page that automatically displays all active listings in real-time for the agent. Each listing page includes a slideshow of the listing photos. Vistors are able to share and like any property listing to their favorite social networks as well as favorite the listings for quick return to review and send to the agent.
